ณัฐวุฒิ อัศวโกวิทวงศ์ เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาเมืองในหลายมิติ ได้แก่ ที่อยู่อาศัยสำหรับผู้มีรายได้น้อย การอนุรักษ์เมือง นโยบายสาธารณะ และการบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ณัฐวุฒิสำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาเอกสาขาการวางแผนเมืองจากมหาวิทยาลัยคาสเซล ประเทศเยอรมนี งานวิจัยและการปฏิบัติงานของเขามุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์ประกอบทางกายภาพและสังคม เพื่อสร้างสมดุลในความเปลี่ยนแปลงของเมืองและออกแบบแพลตฟอร์มสถาบันอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนและการคำนึงถึงผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย
ณัฐวุฒิเป็นผู้ริเริ่มและร่วมก่อตั้งแพลตฟอร์มทางวิชาการสำหรับนักปฏิบัติงานและนักวิชาการด้านเมือง อาทิ Consortium for Action Planning และเครือข่ายสถาปนิกชุมชน (Community Architect Networks: CAN) ผลงานของเขาได้รับการยกย่องด้วยรางวัลจากโครงการอนุรักษ์มรดกในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิกขององค์การยูเนสโก
ด้วยประสบการณ์กว่า 20 ปี ณัฐวุฒิเคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการหน่วยวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัย ทำงานในฐานะนักวิชาการด้านเมืองของสถาบันธนาคารโลก (World Bank Institute) รวมถึงดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการและผู้ประสานงานโครงการในหลายองค์กรภาครัฐและองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร เช่น สมาคมสถาปนิกสยามในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (ASA) มูลนิธิศูนย์ศึกษาที่อยู่อาศัยแห่งเอเชีย (ACHR) สถาบันพัฒนาองค์กรชุมชน (พอช.) มูลนิธิสำนักงานทรัพย์สินส่วนพระมหากษัตริย์ (CPF) สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (CEA) สมัชชาสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สช.) และสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) เป็นต้น
Nattawut Usavagovitwong

Nattawut Usavagovitwong is an urban specialist in diverse public domains, including low-income housing, urban conservation, public policy, and environmental governance. He received a doctoral degree in Planning Studies from the University of Kassel in Germany. His work is grounded in developing the interaction between physical and social entities to balance new urban interplays and institutional platform design, emphasizing public participation and a stakeholder-oriented approach.
He founded and co-founded several academic platforms among urban practitioners and scholars, including the Consortium for Action Planning and Community Architect Networks (CAN). His contributions to urban conservation were recognized with an award from UNESCO's Asia-Pacific Heritage Awards program.
With over twenty years of experience, he has served as the director of a university research unit, an urban scholar at the World Bank Institute, and a committee member and program coordinator in several public and non-profit organizations such as the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage (ASA), Asian Coalition for Housing Rights (ACHR), Community Organization Development Institute (CODI), the Crown Property Bureau Foundation (CPF), Creative Economy Agency (CEA), National Health Assembly (NHA), and Thailand Health Promotion Foundation.
